Each stainless steel jacketed reactor consists of stainless steel reaction vessel, sealing, agitation, temperature probe and digital display, and other accessories like coiled condenser, bottom discharge valve, etc. Equipped with hydraulic lift device, allowing flexible lifting of cover and stirring paddle. Tank body is precisely machined to enable the stirring paddle to fully scrape the walls, making it suitable for mixing high-viscosity materials and non-newtonian fluid properties. Liftable design facilitates convenient discharging, handling, cleaning, and maintenance. Made of sanitary grade durable ss304 &316l and anti-corrosive sealing parts. Electropolished internal tank, fit for standard of food and pharmaceutical industries. Detachable and volume-customizable condenser and collection tanks. Solvent-resistant ptfe on all sealing components ensures long time durability and operation. Heavy duty stainless steel supporting framework with lockable casters for mobility and stability.
